• Teams will build on skills from their previous EAL skills development experience(s): Teamwork, pressure and release, team communication and articulating/active listening to efficiently work through the exercise

• Teams will find difficulty completing the task if they are unable to work together; their horse will clearly identify a problem and force the team to resolve their differences before they can successfully complete this task
