• Teams will realize that there are both good and bad consequences for every decision that is made

• They receive and opportunity to practice their “problem solving skills”

• Develop strong leaders as it provides an opportunity to negotiate, develop a plan and the motivation needed to make team-based decisions

• A better appreciation of other team member’s efforts as they are challenged to switch positions/roles

• Develop a greater sense of confidence in themselves and their teammates as they learn to work together as a team.
