• To provide teams with an introduction to “problem solving skills” and they will practice using these skills

• Have a better appreciation of other team member’s efforts

• Teams will effectively communicate and work together or if their communication breaks down; their horse will clearly identify that there is a problem and act as the stimulus for teams to resolve their differences before they can successfully complete each task

• Development of a sense of confidence while working as a part of a team
